Incapable of the basic requirements to set up and perform appointments. Just wants to charge upfront fees without checking insurance. Had to reschedule once due to high up front Co pay not being applied to my deductible informed them of this and told them I will have a different insurance as my work was changing insurance coverage. They refused to see me and would only use the prior auth for a insurance I no longer have. Very rude staff. We came in with my daughter for an appointment at 9:30am with Dr Smith which they didn’t bother to inform us it we would be waiting for 40 minutes. I went to the front desk to reschedule and the girl was very unprofessional in the way she handled it. I asked her if I was done thinking she would give me reminder card but sat there and ignored me. I will not be bringing my daughter back here and would not recommend this facility to anyone.
The staff was very courteous. There was no wait time. The procedure was explained to me clearly. I was very satisfied with my care.
