Zarna at MSI has been very helpful and patient! They have a wonderful selection and provided samples of the selections to bring home, definitely worth a visit!
This is a distribution centre and not a showroom despite it being in the MSI official website. Not the employees fault but the person running the official website should update the information. A man opened the door, he was kind and apologetic for the inconvenience. He tried accommodating as well.
Excellent showroom with great variety and extremely helpful and professional customer service from Zarna. Highly recommended!
They are completely unprofessional and lack accountability. After completing all the necessary paperwork, I was repeatedly told to wait for a pickup, but no one ever showed up or followed through. Every time I reached out, I was left waiting with no response or resolution. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to deal with a company that doesn’t take responsibility for their actions.
Good quality materials used for their tiles , solid product overall. would highly recommend. Service is swift and customer service is good.
