They are completely unprofessional and lack accountability. After completing all the necessary paperwork, I was repeatedly told to wait for a pickup, but no one ever showed up or followed through. Every time I reached out, I was left waiting with no response or resolution. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to deal with a company that doesn’t take responsibility for their actions.
Good quality materials used for their tiles , solid product overall. would highly recommend. Service is swift and customer service is good.
Please hire someone responsible. Every time i call nobody answer. After so many calls sudiksha answer. And i asked her what time my order will be ready she replied that she have no idea and cannot confirm time frame. I asked her how this huge company work she said this is how we work. Every month we give MSI business around15k-20k. And we do not expect this customer service. Please hire someone who is willing to work.
