Extremely helpful staff with a large showroom. You canneven borrow large samples of countertops, tiling, and flooring. Couldn't ask for more.
Do not buy their porcelin outdoor slabs! Worst product on the market. There's than a mm surface texture and right out of the box 1/3 are chipped , cut uneven and bottoms cracked. Corners are awful. I bought 800sq ft and immediately notified Vashree and the authorized dealer I purchased them from without any resolution. Avoid MSI at all costs
Rosa was extremely helpful. She took the time to guide us through every step and also provided her valuable suggestions. This is my second time to MSI and have always found everyone very welcoming and informative. Thank you for having such an amazing team.
