I was welcomed by Zarna ! She was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to go through each slab I was interested in and made suggestions for our coffee bar backsplash. She quickly provided a print out and followed up on ETAs for all slabs that I was interested in. Overall, wonderful experience !
We had a wonderful experience visiting MSI showroom for tiles here. The space is clean, well organized, and the collection is impressive with lots of styles and finishes to choose from without feeling overwhelming. Zarna was fantastic to work with. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit for my both washrooms. She made the decision process so much easier. Would definitely come back!
My experience at MSI was disappointing. I would recommend caution when shopping their products. Many of the staff are not professional, friendly or helpful. Given the investment in my counter (quartzite natural stone) I was surprised at their care or concern and had to escalate to managers for help on many occasions.
