Wow - What a place and selection. Worked with Salma and was amazed at the options, breadth of choices, and organization. The visit was incredible and the way the staff went above and beyond to allow us to see and touch choices we wanted to make. Highly recommend!!!
Called ahead to verify an appointment wasn’t needed and that the location was open, which I was told it was. Drove across town to show up to a locked door. After 30 minutes back and forth with customer service, I get told “the team at that location has decided last minute not to open today.” Insanely unprofessional. If you up and decide your business isn’t going to be open for the day, you need to update your website. Horrible image for your business.
We tried to visit this location during business hours to make some selections to finish a remodel. Upon arriving, the doors were locked, lights off and no one was in the showroom. We called and got redirected to the main number. It seems that at the last minute, the local staff decided to not be open today. Very disappointing and not professional.
