I made an appointment at MSI San Antonio to make sure the countertop that I thought I wanted was a good match with my tile sample. The staff were patient, very knowledgeable, and so accommodating, especially when the slab that they had ready for me to view wasn't a perfect match. They were willing to pull out a different counter slab for me to view, and that one turned out to be the perfect match. MSI in Schertz is amazing, we ran in there last minute when our flooring contact told us they had sold out of our island quartz that was supposed to be installed this week. They were incredibly helpful with helping us come up with replacement ideas and we left feeling confident with our new choice.
I went to MSI's showroom looking for samples and to see full slabs. Their staff was very courteous and helpful. Their warehouse is SPOTLESS! Very pleased with the experience.
