I was able to coordinate with Ajith, Dallas and Lana to schedule a visit and view a few different granite/quartzite slabs for a kitchen reno. Communication was prompt, I never had any issue getting in touch with someone on the phone and the information was clear, personalized and professional. We have visited MSI several times and have found the experience to be very impressive. We have been courteously greeted upon arrival and assisted with professionalism and knowledge of the products of interest. We would highly recommend MSI.
MSI stocks a large inventory of many stone and quartz slabs. We drove from Buffalo to select a quartzite stone. Both Dallas and Margaret were very accommodating in pulling samples for us to see and in sharing their knowledge of each product’s durability and how to clean and maintain each of the various finishes. MSI gets our top rating.
Greatest experience! The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Lana responded to our questions and messages quickly, did everything with a smile and remembered us from our first visit. Also, shout out to Dave for moving our slabs around with a friendly attitude so we could get a great view! I felt like picking my countertop was just as important to them as it was to me.
