Been trying for over a week to get ahold of someone at the showroom. I call multiple times a day and no one answers. They just keep looping their auto menu to different things. I was #1 in their queue for 15 min. How can I talk to someone on the phone?
Beautiful showroom and heated warehouse! Wide variety of products. Very clean, very well organized and staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Very friendly service and an overwhelming selection to choose from. Countertops, tiles, and flooring; they have it all! Definitely worth the drive from Buffalo if you are not from the Rochester area.
MSI is a fantastic resource! Dallas is always so helpful and accommodating!
