MSI stocks a large inventory of many stone and quartz slabs. We drove from Buffalo to select a quartzite stone. Both Dallas and Margaret were very accommodating in pulling samples for us to see and in sharing their knowledge of each product’s durability and how to clean and maintain each of the various finishes. MSI gets our top rating.
Greatest experience! The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Lana responded to our questions and messages quickly, did everything with a smile and remembered us from our first visit. Also, shout out to Dave for moving our slabs around with a friendly attitude so we could get a great view! I felt like picking my countertop was just as important to them as it was to me.
Highly recommend MSI Rochester for picking out a countertop slab, the warehouse is well organized and well lit, allowing for access to an almost overwhelming amount of options (in a good way). Fortunately, the employees are incredibly helpful and can help guide you through what you're looking for. Dallas was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we look forward to continuing to work with MSI to find our slab.
