Such a beautiful showroom. I wish I had known about MSI before I ran all over town at multiple places because they had everything. The large slabs for my countertops were so helpful in making my decision.
Each and every associate was helpful, kind, and patient. It was extremely helpful to put flooring, backsplash, and countertop samples together to make our choices for our kitchen remodel.
We had a very nice experience at the MSI showroom. We were able to look around their inventory in the warehouse to get a find a few slabs we considered. A week later we had narrowed it down to 2 slabs and called to get photos emailed of the available inventory. We had them pull the slabs and returned to see them in person to make our decision. No pressure and our sales person, Dallas was really helpful.
I had a wonderful experience at your showroom. Dallas was who helped me and he was very informative and listened to wants and needs and answered all my questions and some. Your showroom is so nice and the displays are great. I have told people about MSI and I hope that they come to at least look because I think that they would be sold on your many products. The other employees that I talked were also very nice and social.
