Brittany at MSI was amazing!!! She worked with us to get materials pulled for us to view. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and made the decision-making process very easy. Very pleased with our experience!!
Brittany greeted me on arrival, quickly sized up what I was dealing with and looking for. Having just gotten off the train and being in a hurry, she got me coffee, helped me relax and get focused, and identified 4 great options. She step back for me to wander and think, but in the end, she was spot on in what I’m going to choose. If you have a tile project, coming by here is a must.
