Brittany Sanderson was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable of all the products in the showroom. She took the time to listen to our design wishes, directed us to the products, and she gathered up samples to view with the quartz slabs.
Today I visited MSI in Ashland Virginia I spoke with Brittany Sanderson who was very helpful in showing us the types of granite slabs that we were interested in. She did such a good job with us I thought she was a sales person, very professional and positive about our concerns. Thank very much Brittany for your professionalism. Today I worked with Brittany Sanderson at MSI to pick out countertops. She first gave me an overview, let me puruse on my own, and then checked back with me twice to see what help I needed. At the end, she came up with some very good alternatives that I wouldn’t have considered but now like. She is a smart and knowledgeable professional.
