Kayla is absolutely amazing. She took me through all the steps and listened to my concerns. She was really reassuring and compassionate. In a time where patients often feel rushed and overlooked, she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and I left there feeling relieved. Her kindness and communication (also very skilled- it wasn’t as painful as I thought!!) is rare and needs to be recognised. She had even finished her shift and still took me in. She is a credit to your team
Amazingly patient and helpful staff. Working in an emotionally charged area, with sometimes glitchy technology, the staff have incredible patience and treat their clients with care and respect.
My experience with MSI was just perfect from beginning to end. I honestly have nothing to complain about. I felt welcomed and respected the whole time, from the very first contact to the last. Everyone was so thoughtful and made sure I felt comfortable and as a woman, that meant a lot to me. I’d definitely recommend them and I’m really grateful for the care.
I don’t normally write reviews but after reading a few negative reviews about this place I was a little anxious but I cannot thank them enough. I attended the clinic 4 seperate times (for reasons to do with me, not them) and every single time I felt safe, comfortable and cared for. Every single nurse, midwife and receptionist I encountered were wonderful and made a really hard situation bearable. Thank you MSI
