First off I would like to thank the Katie and hazel . Katie you made me feel at ease straight away soon as we sat down talking about are dogs you found my weak spot my beautiful baby’s and it was nice to chat to I could have talked all day with you . The dorctor and the nurse that did my op were brilliant and couldn’t have done more to make me feel comfortable thank for that because having ptsd could have been a problem but it was a positive experience. Had my vasectomy here last week. All went fine. Clinic was a little behind but kept informed. From the receptionist to the nurses on shift and surgeon they are all great. Would recommend to anyone to have their treatment here
Was booked in here for the snip through the NHS, it was well out of my way to travel here to begin with. When I arrived, the staff were friendly enough and informed they’re an hour behind schedule to which I thought ok it can happen, and they also mentioned I can nip off somewhere and they’d call me when it’s my turn. Turns out they’re more than 3hours behind schedule as another patient told me how long he had already been waiting. I couldn’t have choose a better place to go, the nurses are so patient and supportive, they give you a step by step guide on everything that’s happening, never had a question un answered. I really do recommend this place
