Absolutely diabolical !! I'm extremely poorly have had my nurses and drs from hospital call the clinic to be spoken to by a rude member of staff refusing to help. I have bad health and due a life changing big surgery in 3weeks and msi is refusing to see me sooner even though they have my record from previous where I nearly died from constantly being sick and was found unconscious on my bed by ambulance crew. We went as my husband needed surgery and we went by train be warned they won't let you stay in the place after struggling to walk there from the station(as I'm disabled so have issues) was told to just wait in car or wander around I explained we came by train and I don't have any money on me and I can't wander around the people at the reception said nothing they can do. I had an appointment here earlier this year and I often think about how amazing all the staff were. Truly from the bottom of my heart - thank you. If more people like yourselves existed the world would be a better place. When I was very vulnerable and in pain a nurse got down to my level and checked on me made sure I was doing okay and comforted me. Absolutely first class service. From start to finish, 1st phone call to procedure, all the staff have been great. They were all very professional and post op assessment was top class. Even the follow up communication afterwards is a nice touch.
Everyone here was supportive and helpful throughout the process. Surgical team was experienced and knowledgable. Highly recommended!
