I’m not sure I’ve ever been more scared for anything in my life before my surgical procedure. However I felt so supported by the Doctors, Nurses and receptionists. The procedure is treated as a truly medical one, and you will never ever be judged here. I was so ashamed to be emotional about my situation, but everyone made me feel that it was totally okay! I had a very traumatic experience due to having a really bad reaction to the medication, despite all of this the staff tried their absolute hardest to make me comfortable and help me through the pain. Melissa helped me so much, I felt so embarrassed and scared about what was happening to body but she was there trying to make me feel better. Nothing went to plan as I had to push due to my body not agreeing with the medication. It was very traumatic for me but the staff was so lovely and tried to comfort me. Very unprofessional service I came here for some treatment Was treated as just a number in and out I was given my medication in the waiting area infront of other patients who could hear the conversation between me and the nurse who had to explain how to take the medication. To make things even worse when I called the aftercare line the nurse didn't even upload my scan onto the system so the clinician couldn't establish why I was having the symptoms I was having.
