The ladies I spoke too were both very kind and understanding and the medication came not even 24 hours after my second consultation despite this being on a Sunday!! Amazing service and lovely staff 🥰
Reception lady was lovely. In the sheet that I was given, I was told there would be no children/ baby's in the clinic, but there was which was uncomfortable considering what I was going in for. My doctor/Nurse Was rushing through the whole appointment and wasn't clear on instructions I was already scared and nervous, and she didn't make it any better.
