I have vasectomy last month here and the experience is good. I was seen by Dr Conrad, Gareth, Grace, Rosie and Paula. Staff explain detail clearly. I don't feel much pain in the whole surgery and the process is smooth.
I felt a little unwell after a procedure and Despina, Bea & Tessa were so incredibly kind and helpful - cannot thank them enough!
I had a vasectomy this week. The nurse who helped initially was fabulous, surgery was by a very nice Sri Lankan surgeon who was supported by Gareth who is exceptionally friendly, compassionate and really made me feel comfortable. I was also supported later by a lovely lady with a son around 35, and a Scottish chap who was awesome. All a credit to the company. Thank you.
Just had my vasectomy at MSI and now I know I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Grace, Dr Conrad, Gareth, Amy and Paula were brilliant. Their kindness, compassion, humour and overall professionalism took away the nerves from the procedure from start to finish. If I had to use them again, which obviously I won't, then I would. Thank you!
