James and Peter replaced our hot water heater today. My husband and I were very impressed with their work, they were professional, courteous, efficient and left our place spotless.
MSI was always my go to when I owned a rental property but this weekend I needed them for my own home. I had to call the emergency line because of an issue with my water heater. They were not only quick but Rich was able to help me troubleshoot things over the phone and thankfully it was a very easy solution! If you're a first time homeowner, I highly recommend MSI. Melissa was very helpful in understanding the issue and got someone here fast. Zack was able to determine the solution and did an awesome job getting everything in working order. Great first experience!
We have been using MSI Plumbing & Remodeling for years. We receently needed to replace a toilet, add a grab bar and had numerous handyman projects (installation of climing wall and swing pod for grandchildren, threshhold replacement, screen door repair, dresser assembly, and some other odd jobs). Melissa and Brad were very accommodating as to scheduling. The installation of the new toilet was seamless. Adam did a great job on all the projects!!!! We will continue to reach out to MSI in the future.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I am very impressed with MSI and especially our technician Zack! Our air con broke down and MSI were able to reschedule a few jobs and get out to help us quickly and made sure we got a quality service at a great price. Zack went above and beyond in not only fixing the issue, showing us the problem, giving us choices and advice and doing a once over check of the whole system. Very impressed and will be using them again.
