I just called this morning because I knew I had a leak and I have some mold damage and such. They came out right away, and after just looking around for a short time was able to assess that the leak was coming from my toilet. They not only repaired everything promptly for me, but they also put me in contact with another who will come out later today to deal with the mold and damages. Both the furnace repair and the air conductor were completed in good time and were very knowable getting the job done. And the guys were very polite, professional and friendly.
Had MSI’s usual amazing customer experience the other day. From scheduling with Melissa to Danny and Zack doing AC and plumbing check ups, and answering all our questions. It feels like having friends come to visit when MSI is here.
MSI was great to lead the renovation of kitchen and dining room in our historic home. Brad coordinated the project with ease and solved any minor changes or issues along the way. Adam is a master craftsman, and meticulous with details. Thomas, too! We are super happy with our new kitchen and slightly modified dining room.
