Had MSI’s usual amazing customer experience the other day. From scheduling with Melissa to Danny and Zack doing AC and plumbing check ups, and answering all our questions. It feels like having friends come to visit when MSI is here.
MSI was great to lead the renovation of kitchen and dining room in our historic home. Brad coordinated the project with ease and solved any minor changes or issues along the way. Adam is a master craftsman, and meticulous with details. Thomas, too! We are super happy with our new kitchen and slightly modified dining room.
Is it too strong a word to say I LOVE my plumbing company?? . Danny came out today (the same day I called, with no heat & needing it stat) & got my combi boiler going again quickly & easily & told me what I could try if my water pressure in the system gets too low again. He was very nice & pleasant, & there was no service charge because I am a member! And I also want to mention Matthew & James, who came out this past November & replaced my pressure differential & incoming gate valves back when I had essentially no water pres... read more
