I wish I could put 0 stars. I’ve had a crack in my countertop for far too long and never gotten as much as a call back about it. I have tried going through the vendor I used and am directed back to MSI every time. Never even an email about how to get in contact with the right person. Would not recommend.
The experience was a little frustrating due to the miserable heat and lack of air conditioning in the showroom. I was disappointed with the lack of help I received from employees that seemed unmotivated to answer questions or make any effort to be helpful. The scanning of materials was tedious and most of the things we wanted were out of stock. I had almost given up hope when I heard Stephanie helping and answering questions for another customer. Every person I talked to was super friendly. No pressure showroom where I could roam and ask as many questions as I had. Bronson was especially helpful with my samples. Gentleman at the front as the greeter was super professional and reassuring
Janki was amazing, I’m a female GC and I’m looking for 3 slabs and the guys sitting next to her couldn’t even give me the time of day. And I walked around by myself and found what I was looking for and janki helped me to hopefully make a sale. Thank you
