Horrible customer service. Be prepared to be ignored! I usually don’t write reviews just to complain, but the customer service here was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. And it wasn’t just me—I noticed other customers waiting a long time as well. When I arrived, I was directed to the showroom and told to wait for Pedro. After 10 minutes, I learned he was on break and was redirected to another gentleman. I explained the quartz colors I wanted, but was told most were out of stock due to tariffs. Fair enough.
