Great personal service. Really nice 👍. I wish they had stuff for wheel chair people n a service dog. That would be nice. Im wheel chair bound with a service dog. Any advice would be appreciated.
Great service to the community
ZMI had been helpful in finding solutions to my mobility issues. We contacted them several times to try different configurations for my wheelchairs, carriers and vehicle. They were pretty patient-- up to a point. I guess I wore out my welcome as I cycled through options because ZMI didn't respond the last couple of times I reached out for assistance. I would text or call, and not get a response. But for a while, ZMI would respond to my husband's texts. I guessing they had had enough when I had to cancel my latest appointment... read more
