Wonderful company!!! They have done my car hand controls, my wheelchair van and my pool lift. All of them done wonderfully with care and compassion. We are blessed to have them in our area vs. traveling towards LA for this kind of support.
We had an emergency electric wheel chair repair needed on friday at three p m as we are on vacation. Zane stopped what he was doing to help us. We could not be more grateful for Zane. Their counterperson was fantastic also. I recommend them very highly.

My wife loves her enclosed pool (always 93' F), but increased spinal issues make climbing out of the pool impossible. We live in Los Angeles where there are dozens of possible pool lift installers. Jenna was amazing. We came in from Ohio for an event with a recent surgery requiring a rental wheelchair at the last minute. Jenna gave us many options we started with a rollalator and had to come back for a wheelchair and she made the swap very easy. (We did not choose the best product for where we were located not any fault of ZMI) She called to check in a few days later making sure everything was good. This is real customer service.
