First of all very impressive showroom and large selection of everything you could ever need for home build or remodel. The problem with this palace in order fulfillment. I’ve tried order turf and pavers from them and can never get a straight answer on lead times. Products are unstick in other warehouses but yet no one at msi can figure out how to get it to kansas city. Been waiting waiting weeks for product that supposedly to was instock and was to be transferred but yet magically it never does
We are shopping for countertops and back splash. We went to MSI and Chase showed us their large inventory of countertop slabs. He was very knowledgeable about the different materials and helped us select the perfect one for us. Courtney helped us select the backsplash tile and suggested an accent piece that tied it all together. MSI has a large selection and great people to help.
Nice selection and customer service
We stopped to explore the range of quartz and tile choices. Courtney welcomed us on arrival and was knowledgeable and friendly throughout our visit. She pointed out selections that matched our criteria, pulled samples, helped identify design options and generally was an excellent guide. The MSI facility is very impressive and offers amazing choices. We’re very glad we made the visit and appreciate the professionalism from Courtney and others at MSI.
If you're making a delivery here keep an eye on the clown unloading you. After he is finished he just walks away and doesn't let you know he's done
