They do a lot of things well, but you can't call the local store EVER, the local number always gets diverted and you get some remote national service center somewhere. They need to fix that, wastes a lot of time.

I’m unhappy with both the product’s performance and the lack of follow-up from MSI. I first raised this issue on January 9, 2026, followed up on January 20, and again on February 6. MSI contacted me on December 23, 2025 to discuss a possible resolution, but since then there has been no clear update, no inspection scheduled, and no outlined next steps. It has now been over a month since I escalated the matter, and I still do not have a resolution.

We had an amazing and super helpful experience at MSI. I cannot recommend them enough. Courtney went above and beyond to find us the perfect coordinating tiles in our color scheme. She was so friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back again!
