Fantastic Customer Service, and a “special call out and huge thanks to MSI Director Brandon” for taking the lead to help resolve our issue!! One area of our Quartz kitchen countertops began to inexplicably develop distinct circular patterns & hazing to the polished luster. In first dealing with another stone company, 2 different technicians were sent out, and unfortunately neither were able to determine the cause and/or resolve the problem. Great showroom for everything! Tile, Stone, Slabs - you name it, it is on display. The slab warehouse is set up very well - clearly marked. You can grab your own samples which made this process even easier as they were all in stock and easily accessible. The staff was very courteous and helpful!
