Wow! What a great facility! I get consistently great service from MSI Denver. Definitely recommend if your looking for flooring options or stone tops!!
Compared to other showrooms we visited, the staff were much more friendly and the atmosphere was much more welcoming. The aisles were a little narrow so it was tough to get distance from slabs, but other than that, this showroom was a MUCH more positive experience than the others we went to. We really appreciated the helpfulness of everyone and the ability see the types of stone right at each slab rather than looking through papers to find them
I had a fantastic experience at MSI yesterday. It was a bit difficult to find, but when I went in I was awed by the beautiful showroom. Every person I encountered was helpful! They answered questions, helped me find the items I wanted to preview, and gave me samples of everything. So many gorgeous products!!
Huge selection of countertops and flooring. Very kind folks.
MSI sold us a Zermat quartzite slab for a counter stating that it was a durable material. After having the countertop for 1 year the stone is changing by showing striations and splotches. We contacted MSI who sent out a consultant who photographed and documented the changes but they decided to not do anything about the problem stating they do not warranty or backup their products.
