Maybe you should check with your beloved Santa Cruz city council and realize that they are delaying plans to move forward with new construction... but thanks for your ill informed opinion. Ive worked with Mehdi on a number of major commercial developments and he has been nothing short of a true professional.
Mehdi may be a good engineer, but hes a slum lord. His vacant gas station on Soquel Ave is one of the major eye-sores of East Santa Cruz. The area behind the station has become a campground for vagrants and dirt bags. Combine that with the cheapo-Halloween paint job he gave the place when he bought it and youve got yourself a prime example of tasteless, absentee-landlord crud. Cmon dude, youd do better than this, and you would if it was in YOUR Saratoga neighborhood. I would hope.
Highly experienced structural engineering firm. Mehdi has a diverse set of skills and saved was able to save money on construction costs through this methodologies. Highly recommended, knowledgeable and experienced structural engineer.
