Picked up here, Rod and the guys were great, fast, professional, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Hope to get another load out of here again someday!
Amy Morris was SO helpful and was very responsive. I came back to MSI several times as I’m very indecisive. She eased my mind and helped me choose colors and the best option of countertop for my kitchen. Ben and Ferg helped move the slabs and made them viewable. They all made me feel welcome and not too difficult of a customer as I kept changing my mind on what I wanted. Thank you for all of your help!
Highly recommend Amy Morris at the Columbus location. I had experiences at other suppliers where it felt like pulling teeth to look at different countertops for our kitchen. Amy was the exact opposite. She made everything so easy. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of her way to send photos of countertops in different lighting. Highly recommend you work with her if you need help selecting anything at MSI for your project.

We had a wonderful experience at the MSI Showroom in Gahanna today. Amy warmly greeted us at the door and worked with us picking out items for our kitchen remodel. She knows her products and helped get us samples that coordinated beautifully. The Showroom is really amazing with lots of product selections. Highly recommend Amy and MSI for your projects!
