Loaders went above and beyond doing a great job . Took their time did a clean and more importantly , a safe load . Thanks to Sloan , Rocco , Ferg, and Ben .
Marty Biggs, Sales Rep, at MSI Surfaces was extremely helpful during my visit. She explained that the countertop I was originally interested in was no longer available in quartz or quartzite because it had been “mined out.” Instead of leaving me at a dead end, she took the time to really understand the look I wanted and guided me to alternative options with similar colors and veining. Thanks to her patience and expertise, I was able to find the perfect substitute.
Updated 1 star. See below. I’m not one to leave negative reviews…our world needs to hear good & promote it. Not always be on blast. However, I also believe when customers are disregarded in the manner in which Kathy/MSI have, someone needs to say something. I’ve never had to endure sales like this before. Kathy’s demeanor & attitude was unfriendly & unwelcoming from the start. She was with a customer when I’d walked in. So I smiled & quietly began walking around the front of the showroom. I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews…I believe our world needs to recognize the good and promote it! Not blast the bad wherever it can. However, I also believe when customers are disregarded in the manner in which Kathy did, someone needs to say something. This also is in hopes to promote unity and community.
