I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews…I believe our world needs to recognize the good and promote it! Not blast the bad wherever it can. However, I also believe when customers are disregarded in the manner in which Kathy did, someone needs to say something. This also is in hopes to promote unity and community. I’ve done remodels, bought countertops, looked at materials, visited showrooms… but have never had to endure someone like her. Great place to pickup materials and great staff.
We are considering a kitchen update and we're referred to MSI by a contractor to have a better idea of what materials we could use. We were greeted when we arrived by Christopher Bell. He took some info from us and took us to look at counter slabs we were considering for our project. He was very helpful and personable, as were the other employees we interacted with. We recently were at MSI to select a slab of stone for our home. We worked with Marty Biggs who was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It was an overall home run and we found exactly what we were hoping to find!
