I’m shocked by all the good reviews. Our experience has been a total nightmare. First you get someone from India that can barely speak English aka call center. You ask for a sales person. They tell me they will call me back. That’s a lie, nobody calls. Then you ask for a direct number. They transfer you and nobody picks up. Working on our kitchen update for the past 3 weeks and MSI was the 5th place visited for quartz countertops and flooring – what a difference upon entering this show room! Not only is this a really nicely appointed building, but the people are outstanding. We were immediately greeted by Lacey and she went out of her way to help us and get our questions answered.
