DO NOT BUY QUARTZITE, it's a nightmare waiting to happen. Don't buy from MSI, as they plead ignorance, and do not stand behind their product. Bought quartzite for my kitchen the fall of '24. Within 2 months it began to develop staining around all the edges, which continue to grow. Industry experts say it is prone to this due to insufficient pre-sale drying and sealing processes.
