My wife and I visited your location yesterday and had a wonderful experience. We were greeted pleasantly, and the staff was very helpful throughout our visit. You have a very large selection of full granite slabs. We took home three samples to check against our cabinetry for color matching. Thank you for the great service.

The overall experience is neutral. The people at the front were very nice and welcoming. Especially Lorelei (very nice person) had took time to provide consultation, bring sample material, showed various options, etc. After this once you go to back side the pain starts, people are inflexible, we needed 3 slabs (ended up purchasing because of our builder) and they give excuse that they don't have people to move the slabs, they can only show couple and you have to make a selection. We came in for a Quartzite and an employee said they didn't have 2 slabs. We then asked Bree and she said there were 2 slabs and she spent so much extra time getting the extra stab pulled so we could see it. Her service is exceptional! See Bree!
