MSI has offered a whole variety and styles of tiles. We got our kitchen's granite tile from MSI last year (2024). Recently, my wife and I also decided on a particular glass tile from MSI for our kitchen's backsplash tile. What really stood out in our decision making was the customer service woman. Picking out a few slabs of granite for our new place was a bit daunting. But once we got to MSI and worked with their customer service team, it was much easier than I expected. They had an unbelievable selection as well as great customer service. David R was a great help!
The MSI Showroom is the ideal place to make your home improvement selections. Unlike a big box store, you can actually see the full slabs of granite or quartz, which is huge given the color variations from section to section. Also, they have a comprehensive assortment of flooring and tile options all in a spacious and comfortable showroom with a professional and knowledgeable staff.
Everyone is very welcoming, patient and kind! The warehouse is well lite and very clean. Great place to shop. No one bothers you if you need to browse on your own!
