Great showroom. Good people. I am a retailer in Swansea, MA. CarpetsPlus COLORTILE and we have great customer service from this wholesaler.
Our Experience at MSI was great! Vrunda was extremely helpful and showed us what we were looking for. She was able to help us select our Slab . The whole process rom reception to selection was a breeze. The Store in itself is amazing!!! They have an excellent collection. I highly recommend MSI Boston.
Terrible customer service and attitudes as soon as you walk in the door. Customer service has really gone down hill over the past 5 years. Removing MSI from my list of vendors.
