I was lied by my intial sales rep, sent broke and damaged product. Product were invoiced above the quoted pricing. Only 2 of 9 displays showed up. My sales rep is not able to resolve any problems. This has lasted over 6 months with no resolution. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. BUYER BEWARE!!!
Very efficient and helpful. Ketaline went above and beyond looking for the slab we wanted. Very easy process. Strongly recommend going there to see your stone options.
Well laid out with plenty of choices and knowledgeable staff. Our designer made great recommendations and the staff was kind enough to show us the options then smart enough to leave us to our decisions.
MSI is a great company offering great products, however, the staff at MSI Boston was extremely rude. I am a contractor and went in to view options for porcelain panels, and the staff said that they do not carry porcelain panels. I showed them the options for porcelain panels that I got from the MSI website, and then continued to express that they do not carry them.
