Both visits my wife and I made to MSI have been very pleasant. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and MSI's selection is second to none. It was a cool experience to go into the warehouse and get to see and pick the exact slabs that would be used in our house.

Do not recommend. The selection process was good and the staff at the warehouse was helpful. I would have given them five stars but the installation was not good. First, it took them almost a MONTH to deliver the counter, using the excuse that they had a hard time sourcing the product. But I LITERALLY PICKED OUT THE SLAB IN PERSON. So that means they forgot about my order. The long delay in the counter installation meant that a lot of other things would also be delayed... by weeks. Linda was so patient with me and making sure that my choice of granite was correct and slab choice was to my liking. I appreciate her valuable knowledge, experience and untrusted time.
