I went for an IUD removal and the placement of a new device. I told them about the fear I had after getting my first IUD due to the pain and I felt genuinely supported and informed every step of the way. The whole team was incredibly kind, empathetic and warm. The clinic was spotless and the level of care was truly excellent. Thank you to all the staff who looked after me from beginning to end, even offering little snacks to help me regain my energy. I really felt safe and cared for throughout the entire experience.

The waiting time is a disgrace no one should have to wait 5 hrs and clock is still ticking and still waiting

Had to wait 50 minute to be seen. Spent 3.5 hours in the clinic waiting around just to be seen for a total of 10 minutes.. one doctor doing all the work, all nurses walking around chatting .. very disappointing would not recommend unless you wanted to take a full day off ..
