I had a very seamless and comfortable experience at MSI Westmead. All the staff, nurses and doctors were incredibly warm and friendly, and I want to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation.
Went in the other day the staff and customer service was amazing, they made you feel at ease. Everyone was extremely considerate and calm. The manager I think her name was Kristy was incredible.
do not go totally regret seen reviews but it was the closest date i could book in took the risk and sat there for 6 hrs before i got seen absolutely a joke !!! if i have app around 9 shouldn’t be going in round 3 like this is so unprofessional!!!
Arrived there early she said come 730am no one was there went in like 10 to 8 said it will take 2/3hrs, it took around 6hours and abit to get everything done I’ve done this before n it doesn’t take this long I was getting pissed cause the ladies just kept lying saying different things i would
