Absolutely unacceptable experience at this clinic. When I arrived, the receptionist/nurse at the front desk was extremely rude and hostile, speaking down to me in a very unprofessional manner. Despite arriving in advance, I was left waiting over 3 hours to be seen. During my procedure, I was told to have an IUD inserted, yet no one explained the need for a follow-up check or how to ensure the IUD remained in place. I went to MSI yesterday to have a surgical abortion, the clinic is very helpful and informative. The only issue I have is I had booked for a 12pm appointment, didn’t see a nurse to confirm info till after 1pm, then I was left waiting until 3pm after I’d asked how much longer I would be waiting, I was told I did get to my appointment half an hour early… understandable but I was still waiting for 3 hours after my appointment time. I was recommended this place by my GP however I have called them 3 times within business hours and been on hold for 30mins each time with no answer. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
I came from far away to visit this place because their website said they were open until 6 PM. But when I arrived, they were already closed. This is very disappointing and waste of time. It's not right to mislead people with incorrect hours.
Im not here to scare anyone or be a pain in the a*s, Im just hear to share my story, at least maby be a help to someone. I just had a medical abortion 2 days ago.
