Been on hold for 20 minutes when got told there was 1 person in front and 9 mins wait time And called yesterday about cancellation a lady answered and then when I was speaking she couldn't hear me and put me back on hold then the music stopped and I was talking seeing If someone was there but then I get hanged up on
Had made 3 online bookings. Been left on hold for 1 and half hours on 2 separate occasions. Cannot get in contact with anyone to make an in clinic booking. physically went to clinic and was turned away as cannot book appointment in person. Had to book online or over telephone. The services on line and over telephone are terrible. Not one follow up call or anyone to answer the telephone. Stuck on hold for over an hour.
Had vasectomy done at this center. The staff was well trained and very friendly. Credit goes to Dr Matthew Maserson for keeping me well informed during the procedure with minimum to no pain.
This centre has very friendly and understanding staff. They thoroughly explained everything to me and all members of staff were extremely kind and professional. I cannot fault the care I recieved at all and would definitely reccomend this place to others in the future. They provided me with pamphlets that contained a lot of useful information and also explained the information contained within it.
