My elderly wife and I found ourselves at this clinic after she discovered, against all laws of science and common sense, that she was pregnant. This place charges you 110 dollars to BOOK an appointment they then ask you for another 600 dollars which isn’t said on the website when booking even if you’ve had blood work and scans done in another place, we were not refunded the booking fee as it was cancelled ‘less than 3 days before the appointment’ which also wasn’t stated on the website just says ‘none refundable’ which is fine but scummy. Please research before going here or just rethink coming here, there are many other places that will treat you better for cheaper... read more
Everyone was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable, and they made sure all my needs and concerns were taken care of! Considering the situation I felt really supported and understood. I’m hoping i won’t ever be in that situation again, but if it happens i won’t hesitate to resolve it with you guys :)
Had my Mirena replaced after 5 years, and opted to have Penthrox for pain relief. Staff were amazing and it was way less painful than my first IUD insertion. Only deducting a star because I don’t remember being told upon booking that my Mirena could’ve stayed in another 3 years. I chose to continue with the replacement on the day anyway, as I’d mentally prepared myself and wanted to get it over with. Overall I would recommend, they’re very thorough and professional.
