The highlight of the most stressful time in my life was being cared for by the team at MSI from the nurse who informs you of your options and their side effects, to the Dr and surgical nurses. I went in depressed and very unwell and left as my old self. Huge respect for what everyone in this building does every day. Thank you.
I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have an IUD inserted. The team were all excellent and I felt I was in safe, experienced hands. They helped ease my nerves and in the end, I was worried over nothing. Dr Fiona was so gentle and kind - I barely felt a thing! It’s fantastic that they offer the green whistle for these, too.
I had a good experience going for an IUD change. I was nervous after reading mixed reviews, but the front desk and clinical staff were all very kind and professional.
