The best
I felt very cared for by all the team. Safe environment. Everyone was very kind.
I went here for an IUD insertion under IV sedation and I cannot fault the experience! The nurses and doctors were lovely and made me feel comfortable and looked after. As I’m a GLP-1 user and had to fast for 24hrs, they prioritised my procedure first in the day, which I really appreciated. I was out way quicker than anticipated (I think I was there around 2hrs total - that’s probably just due to being the first in). Would highly recommend for this procedure.
UPDATE: I had the best experience ever at this clinic - the nurses and doctors here are absolutely phenomenal. I was talked through the process so thoroughly and got to speak/have questions for everyone involved along the way (nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist). Everyone was so kind, upbeat, professional and knowledgeable. So grateful this place exists in Brisbane, thank you MSI team! The team made what could’ve been a very difficult day much more pleasant.
