Brought my car from here back in Jan 2023 and upon buying the vehicle was told it was put through a full oil change and filter change. Come to Jan 2024 when I book my car in for a service, the filter has not been changed for years and if left any longer would of caused catastrophic damage to my engine. I have also had multiple electrical issues with the car since buying it which they stated had no issues and drove perfectly.
Avoid at all costs! Selling you a faulty car (in mine engine fault showed up after 3 days) and when you take it back they deducting £180 admin fee, I lost my money and my time. If 10 people bought this car and took it back they make £1800 on just refunds. Dont fool yourself like i did.
i bought a car from this company in april 2023 for my first car, it had 67k miles on it and supposedly ran perfect with no issues. after 4 months and 3k miles being put on the car the engine blew up, we did some digging and looked for service history which we found that the last service was in 2016 and it then had no further service history until 2023 which it had done an extra 40 thousand miles on without any service history. i have recently been in contact with them and they were very rude to me over the phone saying they ... read more
This dealer told us the car we were interested in had one lady owner and was in excellent condition. We were about to transfer a deposit but before we did, we did a vehicle check which showed us it had in fact had 5 previous owners and was a Cat D! Very dishonest.
Everything is OK, I checked my new car in the garage, working perfectly. I am recommending this seller!
