Brian did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! He worked quickly and made sure to explain everything I needed to know about the process. He even found two earrings I had lost! I learned a lot about why their carpet cleaning machine is better than others—the five rotating agitators really make a difference compared to the regular wands.
