i have never had a better experience with carpet cleaning than with msg carpet care! when i called, i was helped right away by a very kind woman, and she got me an appointment really fast. i even got text updates about when the team would show up, which was super helpful! terrence and melvin arrived, and not only did they do an amazing job on my stained carpets, but they were also very friendly and professional. such a great team! they worked quickly and my carpet looks brand new now. i highly recommend this service!
excellent service! we have used MSG Carpet Care for many years in both our home and office. they always arrive on time and stick to the schedule. they also share helpful tips about rug repair and maintenance. this is a full service carpet cleaning company. they even pick up and deliver rugs for cleaning. we really like working with melvin; he is always polite, works hard, and is pleasant every time. we really appreciate the spotless results. we will keep using them for many years to come.
We woke up one morning to a big mess on our carpet caused by our older dog. After reaching out to a few other carpet cleaning services who weren't able to fit us in, Terrence came to help us right away. He and his partner did a fantastic job, and the price was very fair. Total scam! 0 stars. Avoid. Trash. Made an appointment a week in advance. Today they no call no showed. I called when they were 1.5 hours late, they told me to "just wait, on the way." That was 3 hours ago... 0 stars
