MSF was contracted by my builder on a custom home. It has been exceedingly difficult get them to come out and finish the work. They show up, do a little, and then disappear for weeks at a time. So far it’s been over 8 months for them to finish out the electrical top out. We moved in 2 months ago because we couldn’t keep waiting. Supposedly they “hot checked” our house first but didn’t do a thorough job as we have an outlet hidden behind drywall and two other outlets that do not work. I called to get clarification on a wiring issue that is happening with my three-year-old home and spent approximately three minutes on the call with a middle-aged gentleman who proceeded to insult me in a way I haven’t experienced in a while. He was in a hurry.
