Worst plumber and service in the whole wide world. Mason is LAZY and don't know what he's doing. No respect by not removing his work shoes going in and out the house. He will tell you that the leak is gone, good to go but check it, still leaking. He need more schooling and experience. So never go with this company and tell your home insurance never refer you to MSE PLUMING. They will keep rescheduling the work which I believe is very easy to them to fix and that will ruin your day of service.
I had service done through a home warranty and just called to see if I was under warranty still because flooring they laid down after a flood is all bowing and coming up. The very rude lady who called me back asked how long ago service was, when I told her she said not covered and hung up!!! Horrible horrible customer service .Please find another plumbing service to do your work!
