Horrible Place to work if you are a Woman, a mom, an IT Eng, an immigrant, and not white, basically a minority! Facilities are great, IT management is horrible, Zero life balance, and compensation and bonuses will be way lower vs male personnel (you may receive 2k as an annual bonus meanwhile a male in your same role may receive 10k-40k), even if you do the same or even more work than them.
