I had a very disappointing experience with this title company. Just three business hours before our scheduled closing, they sent over a financial document that directly contradicted the signed contract. Because of the last-minute change and lack of communication, what should have been a straightforward closing turned into a six-hour ordeal. The original contract clearly outlined the correct figures, so this issue should never have occurred. I would not recommend using this company based on my experience.
