I wish you could order supplies online like some other suppliers. Do not call within 30 minutes of the end of day. Your call is never picked up.

I decided to return my CPAP (it was brand new). I called MSC Sleep and a representative told me they would email me a return label. It never arrived. I called back a few weeks later and a representative said they would mail a return label to me. It never arrived. I called a few weeks later, a third time, and talked to a representative. She found out they had put my email in their system incorrectly, but didn't know why it didn't arrive in the regular mail. I asked if I could drop it off somewhere. It shouldn’t take 6 months for something I went online for and it took 3 days.

If I could give negative stars I would. They lie to you about charges for items, and then when you question it the just ghost you. They won't send supplies but they sure will bill your insurance.

Called every day for several weeks, sometimes several times a day. I told the sales rep that I wouldn’t need supplies for at least six months. He said he would make a note in my file not to call for three months. I said six months. He said that three months was the longest he could request that calls be delayed. The next week they started texting me and the following week they began calling again. I asked to be put on their “do not call” list and so far it’s been quiet.
