AVOID!!!!! Worst company ever! Tried for 5 months to return my machine. Was either stuck in endless automated attendant loops or just hung up on. I tried the leave a callback number multiple times to no avail. Meanwhile, they kept charging me rent on a machine I wasn’t using. When I finally did get in touch with someone they told me I own the machine now and I owe them the money and there’s nothing they can do. Doctor put a script in for c pap supplies. A month and a half later, after calling the company a few weeks ago about my order only to be told they would be getting in contact with me, nothing. My doctor called and was told they have tried to reach out to me multiple times. I didn’t think a company could be worse than Alex Home Medical, but I was wrong. There is nothing this company can do to make up for the time wasted. Read the reviews people. I should have.
Received call about supply order . placed order in may no invoice. got call about reorder in august.. I said I had not received invoice for last order . I was told covered by insurance. ordered again in January . Again no invoice nothing was covered and all 3 invoices auto removed from my checking account 600 dollars ... do not set up auto pay with MSC and do not order from their sales people
My appointment went fast friendly showed me everything I needed to know about my CPAP machine.. I highly recommend this place !
I tried using the cpap machine and after 10 minutes , not for me. I was assured when I was fitted for it that if it didn’t work, UPS would pick it up and I would only be charged 1 month rent on the unit. I called the following Monday and said I needed to return it. I was told I would have to be sent a label for return which would take 2 weeks. After 2 + weeks the label finally came.
