This place is awful. I had been with them for a number of years and worked with one particular woman who did a good job for me. She even sent me a calendar of when I would receive each of my supples on official company letterhead. Masks every 6 months or whatever, headgear once a year. Then she retired, and since then it is IMPOSSIBLE to even SPEAK to a human. Then, they stopped sending my CPAP supplies at the proper interval. I wanted to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with MSC Sleep. From the outset, I encountered numerous issues. Customer service was virtually non-existent, with calls going unanswered and long delays in receiving assistance. The return process for my CPAP machine was incredibly frustrating. It took an unacceptable three weeks to receive a return shipping label despite numerous attempts to contact customer service. Got a call to reschedule my appointment which I been waiting to do since November got an appointment for tomorrow they call again to reschedule I said no I just wanted to pick up my machine. They said I call you back no call. I call them on hold for two hours.. worsted company ever! If you can go through someone else I suggest you do Debbie M

These guys are the worst! Took them months just to get me a CPAP machine, saying they were waiting on insurance approval. Then they told me I'd have a small monthly fee to pay, but ended up charging me over $500. When I contacted my insurance company they said it's because they are out of network, and nobody bothered to tell me so I could find a different company. The worst experience with a medical supply company I've ever had. Now I have to fight to try to get my money back because they say they can't refund me even when I... read more

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with MSC! Despite some concerns I had after reading reviews on Google, I couldn't have been more impressed with the exceptional customer service I received from start to finish.
