I started going to MSc as I stopped being consistent and lost myself slightly particularly with going to the gym. Having worked with Kitti now for many months, i can truly say she has helped me grow so much both in an out of the gym. The gym itself is amazing and welcoming and the equipment is great, there is also such an amazing community feel that is really lovely and takes the monday morning dread out of going to the gym! I would recommend to anybody!
This gym is amazing. The community if very friendly. Staff and couches are very helpful and I've been welcomed into the group. The group sessions barbell and met con are amazing and feel I'm getting alot out of the gym. I would highly recommend if you want to get in the best shape of your life.

MSC is a brilliant gym. The equipment is brilliant and the people are lovely. I would definitely recommend
MSC has been a fantastic gym. I started out with extremely limited confidence and I was reluctant to engage with the gym. I started my journey with 2 months of semi-private PT with Jura and he was brilliant. 4 months in, I’m now able to squat my body weight and I’m actually looking forward to getting up at 6am for MetCon classes!! The gym is clean, staff are welcoming and there is plenty of equipment to use. Thank you to everyone at MSC for giving me a whole new perspective on going to the gym!
