I returned the incorrect item they sent me over 3 weeks ago and have since been calling and emailing them to get a refund, they apologize each time and say that they don’t know why it had taken so long but never give the refund. I feel like they won’t ever follow through and I will be out my money! Order elsewhere! Update : they gave a partial refund! How am I responsible for paying fees and shipping costs, when you sent the wrong part I need a full refund and I get No explanation for a partial refund

MSC is a great place to order Mighty Line floor tape, floor signs and 5s Shapes. MSC has amazing service and website
They are very slow but you expect that when you are being unloaded by the usual lazy suspects esp in and around Atlanta area. No overnight parking but they have street parking at the shipping entrance.
