Sent me a totally different part then what I ordered. Takes forever to have the part picked up and you have to wait for them to refund you back (2-3 weeks) just to order the part again (because they don't do exchanges). A process of over 1 month to just get 1 correct item.... don't waste your time.

Do not call this company. Took them 3 days to tell me an air conditioner was discontinued.
Their website is horrible to use. McMaster-Carr is a million times better.
