This is my opinion and experience. This company was not upfront with me regarding relevant information that would have allowed me to make an informative decision about tenancy at one of their units. We had reason to believe that we were chosen to be tenants but they revoked their offer when I discovered that they had plans to demolish the property in a year; info that they admit should have been communicated to us at the beginning. It's my opinion that they weren't acting in good faith with us.
