unique experience My husband says our visit to this restaurant was a unique experience, unique because it will never happen again. We went for lunch and stood at the front of the restaurant for over 5 minutes waiting to be seated. There was a man talking loudly on a cell phone at one of the tables facing us and a group eating at another table. A lady came out of the back twice, walked around and went back to the back, completely ignoring us. We even questioned quietly whether we should just sit down or not but there was a si... read more

Not good... I took my children here to introduce them to some different cuisine. I love Indian food and am armed with a little knowledge of the flavors to expect. The nan was good. I paid $40 for nan, because the rest of the food was poor, poor quality. We ordered the sampler entree which was $18. It was served on a "Celebrate the Year 2000" plate and was an old, dry assortment of meat that should have been trash-bound but ended up served to my son. It was inedible and we all ended up sharing the other entree which was chunk... read more

Love this restaurant! This is my favourite restaurant in N.C. Although I agree, service sometimes has been slow, it has everything a restaurant has to have: great food, great variety, extremely affordable, and Khan -- the owner, who is a staple of the place, always smiling and filled with great energy. I love the buffet, which has great vegetarian variety, amazing butter chicken and absolutely the best tandouri chicken I've ever had, and I've tried many! I am extremely picky when it comes to eating out, and especially with I... read more

good Indian food I've been here several times during the weekday lunch buffet and weekday dinner. I do agree with the other reviewer that the service is slow. But, the buffet food I've had has always been tasty, better than what you find at other Indian buffets in the Triad. The naan is good here, though sometimes they rush it a bit since it's a very popular item. The food at dinner is much, much better. The naan is very, very good - light and fluffy, not biscuity like some other Indian restaurants.

Best Indian food I have been to several indian restaurants and hated all of them. I finally agreed to try Msala India and I am thankful every day that I did. I can not express enough how much i love this place. The owner/server/cook is extremely nice and truly cares about the quality of his food. My dad has been to India several times and i took him to Msala India and he loved it! He said that it was as good if not better than the restaurants he ate at in india. If you are looking for something different then go to Msala Ind... read more
