At some point someone needs to realize the customer service here just isn't good. Patient/family care isn't something they take pride in. Me and my father came in for an early appointment for an epidural, he hasn't slept well in days because of the pain (hence the epidural), they offer a coffee machine in the waiting room that says please ask for assistance, I asked if I could get assistance with making a pot and the response was "oh we don't make coffee just for injections". Dr McGee only wants to tell you that you’re old and need to lose weight. He never even examined my husband who can barely walk and released him to go back to work with no restrictions. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Please if you’re injured request to see another doctor. He does not care about the patient. He just wants to tell you to go to the Y and exercise. He should not be allowed to see a worker’s comp patient.
I have never had a bad experience at MSA, that is if you don't count the other doctor who has been mentioned. He too told me that my problem was that I was old and overweight, and was operating on my shoulder a few weeks later. But, for those of you who have not met Dr. Blake Burkett, I encourage you to do so. Dr. Burkett is definitely the BEST EVER!!! You should really go to MSA's website for Albany and when it says "Meet Our Team", click on it and read Dr. Burkett's bio. He is awesome and he definitely wants to help you. H... read more
Dr. Mcgee is the worst doctor I've ever seen. He's so bent on making it seem like you're not hurt so you can be denied workers comp benefits. If you have an on the job injury, please I'm begging you do not see mcGhee. He so nasty rude and disrespectful. He had the nerve to tell me the only reason my leg was still hurting is because I needed to loose weight and exercise.
