I honestly wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone. Their communication was non-existent — calls ignored, emails unanswered, and no one seemed to take ownership of anything. The settlement was delayed several times simply because they couldn’t get their act together. Beyond incompetent - could not manage an internal refinance for a client. Missed 3 days in a row. No apology - just a complete avoidance of accountability and excuses. No regard for the client or the broker. If could pull every person i spoke to into a room and make them write their own formal warning for being incompetent, I would.
The service was extremely unprofessional and full of unnecessary delays. Promises were made but not kept, and communication was inconsistent. This lack of responsibility has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Immediate improvement is needed.
