The nurses and aides are incredible! They’ve taken such great care of our dad. They are so gentle and kind to him and treat him with dignity and respect. They really have been a God sent!
Terrible. I don't even give it a star but you have to in order to post. They have had my mothers order since 3/17/23 never bothered to even reach out to me. I cringe at the level of care anyone would get with this agency. Its a disgrace. PATHETIC!!!!!! Would NOT recommend this agency to anyone period, point blank!!!!
Not really happy with this agency. Recommended and sent by my mother's physician offices. Making regular visits, mom was always "healthy" according to them. A little over two weeks ago, they were discharging her, asked about congestion I heard, told "probably sinus". Next day received a call and they had extended their visits. I called them on the Saturday afterward ,concerned about mom. I could tell by the return phone call and really didn't want to come out. Found her the next day in the floor. I would never recommend MSA in Abingdon to anyone in this area. They provide the poorest hospice care anyone could ask for. They say they are not here to end a person's life but to provide the best care at the end of life. They will tell you they have even had patient recover and be discharged from hospice. However, one of the hospice nurses recommended taking my father's oxygen off to speed up his process which is unethical and how can you defend this kind of thought process when you say you are here to make the dying proce... read more
