MSA Fords service department is by far one of the best departments. I or my family have ever worked with Tyler. Our service advisor I was honest, straightforward and made sure not everything. My mother-in-law requested be done to her vehicle was done on time. And professionally, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would thank you. Tyler for always taking care of my mother in law and her vehicle needs

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my suv in for diagnostics and they asked to keep it overnight. Charged me about $300 to tell me they didn't know what was wrong and to take it to the dealership I bought my car from. You are a Ford service company and can't figure out what's wrong? Should have gone to the one in Chilliwack like I usually do. Waste of my money here when Chilliwack figured out my problem now I'm out over $300 for no reason.
