If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my suv in for diagnostics and they asked to keep it overnight. Charged me about $300 to tell me they didn't know what was wrong and to take it to the dealership I bought my car from. You are a Ford service company and can't figure out what's wrong? Should have gone to the one in Chilliwack like I usually do. Waste of my money here when Chilliwack figured out my problem now I'm out over $300 for no reason.
I went to them regarding my cars rear wheel damage they charged me for the diagnosis $196 and quoted the repair cost to $4600. But i insisted that i am going to take it to the same ford where i bought it after taking the vehicle in to them they charged me $1409 with taxes for the repair not only this i got to know that the vehicle was never properly diagnosed they didn’t even look properly just looked at the scratches on the rims and told me both front and rear wheel hub were damaged. however only rear wheel was damaged. Big shout out to Jasmine at MSA Ford Service. We discovered a broken air intake cover clip for our 6.7 power stroke right before our trip to the Arctic. Jasmine was able to source the corresponding parts required from another service center and had the fix done within a couple of hours. Regardless of the 3.6 out of 5 score from other reviewers on Google, I still give 5 out of 5 for her professionalism. She handled our emergency situation with courtesy and care and saved our trip.
