Replaced my cv axles under warranty. Got the run around for about a year at another dealership 3-4 visits. First try at MSA they heard the noise right away coming from my cv axles and found play in both of them. Happy with the service
Second time I’ve picked up my vehicle after being Serviced at MSSA Ford to find my truck to be filthy tools left inside of it not washed, not cleaned even after the fact of having my vehicle for two days my car had been detailed prior to being dropped off now my mats and the rest of my vehicle on driver side is dirty. Unacceptable.
