Found an F450 Platinum online at this dealer. Called ahead to double check it was on the lot. Receptionist passed me on to a sales rep. Sales rep supposedly looked it up on their computer and said they had it there. Drove from Vancouver to Abbotsford only to find out it was not actually there. Staff were friendly but I don’t know how someone who does car sales for a living can make such mistakes. Sales manager needs to step it up and make sure staff follow SOPs.

Positive experience purchasing a new Ranger Jan 2026. Sales Reps assisting were Amit and Jayden. Friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. Vehicle was ready, accessories order installed & looking great on delivery date. A couple days after delivery Carlos contacted me to inform me Ford had a rebate of which my deal qualified for and an additional check for $750 was sent to me days after we closed the deal.
