Ooh ….where do I being with my horrible life shattering experience here! I don’t know how they got a 5 star rating because let me tell you how badly I was treated here! I have never had such horrible service from a dealership before. My husband bought a brand new mach e from ford and two months later as we were on the way home from chilliwack to Surrey our car drops its charge to about 30 Km’s not enough to get home at all! Bought new tires and had them installed at MSA. It was a good experience from beginning to end. From talking to the people in Parts to the Service Advisor and Technician installing them. Service advisor Tyler was friendly and professional and communication was excellent. I’d recommend as a great place to get tires.
Horrible service department. First the girls in front need to stay far away from any customer service jobs, they all seem angry and can't figure out their simple jobs. Cali or whatever was useless. The techs are just as bad, said my car was fine and it once again has the same issues. Do your self a favour and go to a different Ford dealer for service on your vehicle.
