My wife was hospitalized with stage 4 cancer and heart failure, so I guess a doctor recommended this device. They didn't explain how expensive it would be and they didn't mention after returning the device they'd bill our insurance one more time for good measure. These people prey on the desperate and dying for a paycheck. I did pay their blood money and they assured me our business is done and I won't get another bill. In my opinion, my experience with this company raised SERIOUS concerns about how employees are treated during major life events. Being laid off as part of what was described as “structural changes” approximately two weeks after the birth of my child was horrible and honestly unacceptable. My mom is wearing your life vest for three months until May and she has said the pack where the battery is to heavy and I agree with her and she said that the pack should be wireless so she doesn't have to wear the thing around her neck she can just clip it to her clothes and go and I agree with my mom and her opinion and my opinion is that the battery should be a 24 hour charge not 12 hour one that's mine and my mom's opinion
