This review is a year late but fresh in my mind. In July 2024 I had a lead failure on my ICD and they needed to shut down the defibrillator part of it. I was prescribed a life vest until my surgery. The life vest is useful and can save lives but kinks need to be worked out. It does in fact produce false alarms. I was driving and it started to power up for therapy on a few occasions with nothing wrong. The button to stop the power up needs to be reworked because at one point I almost had to pull the battery to get it to stop.... read more
Scam. Beware this company is NOT above board. I used their wearable defibrillator for one month and was charged $700.00. The $700.00 was my portion of the bill after they charged my insurance company $4,960.00! for four weeks! I don't know anyone who can afford to pay $700.00 a month for a medical device. Do not use this company !!! Lady named Taylor said she’s the only one with that name that works In billing does not need to be the one answering the phone !!! Very unprofessional laughing thinking everything is a joke I see why this place has 1-2 stars only. She needs to be fired and replaced immediately does not take her job seriously .
