I’ve been a regular at MSA over the years, but on my latest visit I felt the standard of service wasn’t what it used to be. I was quoted 3.5 hours to install a light bar on my ute, which I personally found higher than I expected. A couple of weeks later, I had a battery issue. I did go to MSA regularly before the change in employees in the past couple years, unfortunately not only has the service declined but quotes increased. They quoted me 3.5hrs to put on a light bar on my ute and my battery failed 2 weeks after installation, along with it being a backyard job at best. Would definitely recommend calling around before visiting them.
My son got himself into a pickle when his clutch let go, we were in Bendigo from Interstate. We rang the guys at MSA, they did some serious magic that week. Simon and the team had our son back on the road in no time. They have that great old school mechanics vibe, but state of the art workshop and know how. Thanks again MSA
